Apiary Brewery is an organic mead, cider, and hard kombucha brewery based in Santa Barbara, CA. For the launch of their wildflower mead, Summer Pollen Posse, a bold new can label was designed to capture the spirit of the product.
The playful naming and vibrant aesthetic reflect the disruptive, unconventional nature of the mead, appealing to a younger, more adventurous consumer. Inspired by streetwear graphics, vintage fruit crate labels, and counterculture energy, the design embraces bold typography, expressive illustrations, and a lively color palette. The goal was to create packaging that stands out on the shelf, sparks curiosity, and reinforces Apiary Brewery’s commitment to craft and creativity.
